Start from the practice path or scenario library. Read the brief, choose a modality lens, and decide whether to begin fresh or continue a previous sitting.
Different presentations, defences, and difficulty levels
Person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic, or integrative lenses
Voice, video, and text options
02
Run a time-bounded session
The simulated client responds in character to what you say. You can pause, use notes, ask for a hint, or end the session when you have reached the learning point.
Client behaviour shaped by the scenario brief
Adjustable response pace and turn-taking
Visible time warnings before the session closes
03
Review the evidence
After the session, revisit the transcript and structured feedback. Look for openings, missed moments, relational pulls, and one concrete experiment for next time.
Transcript and interaction metrics
Qualitative supervisor-style feedback
Optional examiner questions about the session
04
Reflect and sit again
Add a private reflection, log relevant practice as CPD where appropriate, then repeat the client with a different intention. Progress comes from the loop, not one score.
Build confidence before the next real session.
Start with a simulated client, practise the conversation, then review what you want to try next.
