What counts as a session?
One practice session with an AI client. The Free plan includes two voice or text sessions and one video session each month. Paid plans use session credits instead: a voice or text session uses 1 credit and a video session uses 2, so you choose the mix. If a session never connects, or you don't say anything, it isn't counted.
What happens if I use all my credits?
Practice pauses until your credits reset, or you can buy a credit pack. You'll never be charged automatically for going over.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can change or manage your plan at any time from Billing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then moves to the Free plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period, and the Free plan resets on the first day of each calendar month. Credits from credit packs never expire.
Is there a discount for students or supervisees?
Not yet. If you work with a training provider, get in touch and we can talk about a pilot for your course or cohort while we develop plans for organisations.
