What counts as a session?
A practice sitting with a client. Free includes two voice/text sittings and one video sitting each month; Trainee includes six voice/text sittings and one video sitting. A session that never connects is not counted.
What happens if I go over my bundle?
Practice pauses until you upgrade or use a prepaid pack. Packs never expire, and we never charge you automatically for going over.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then quietly switches to Free.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period. Prepaid packs never expire.
Is there a discount for students or supervisees?
Not yet. Training providers can contact us about a focused cohort pilot while institutional plans are being developed.
